No company has the same vision and goals. That’s why we will never push specific brand packages to you. We want you to be involved throughout the design process (as much as you want to be). During our initial consultation, we will determine what products will best serve your small business and come up with a strategy to meet those expectations.

Why don't You have prices on your site?
We don’t list out our prices, because every customers situation is different. We pride ourselves in ensuring that we offer you affordable pricing for our services and will work together to make a design package that meets your business goals and budget.
Do I have to be super involved?
No. We love when customers can be involved, but we understand you are busy trying to be a boss and have a lot on your plate. We will work together to figure out what communication methods work best as we go through the design process
can you design just promotional items for me?
All our design packages are completely customizable, so if you already have a logo we can use it to create promotional items. We will just need a high resolution image of your logo to create your promotional items.
I don't even know where to start. Help?!
Starting a new business or brand can be overwhelming, but we are here to help. We are a full-service branding agency. We can help you come up with a name, logo, style guides, and anything else you can think of.
Do you offer Free consults?
Our first meeting together is always free. We will discuss what your goals are for your business and your overall vision for your branding. We want to learn as much as about you and your business so we can create the perfect brand identity.
Do I have to be Located in Sunnyvale, CA to work with you?
No! We serve customers all over the United States. We are always a zoom or phone call away. *Note* We will travel to you, but there are additional travel charges.
Do you require a deposit?
We require that you pay 50% of your contracted amount at contract signing. The additional 50% will be due before products (logo, packaging, promotional items, etc.) are released to you.
Can you design websites?
At this time, Chloe’s Graphic Design Studio does not create websites. However, we know multiple vendors that do great work and are happy to recommend them to you, if needed! We are also able to provide design materials to your website developer.
